What is Energy Healing?

How does Energy Healing work?

Sessions are available remotely via video conferencing. Remote healing is equally potent as in-person sessions, as energy transcends the constraints of time and space.
What is a Chakra?
A chakra is an energy center in the body that plays a vital role in maintaining physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Originating from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, the concept of chakras refers to seven main energy points located along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical and emotional aspects of life, and when balanced, they allow energy to flow freely, promoting overall health and harmony. Blocked or imbalanced chakras can lead to physical and emotional issues, making regular energy work important for maintaining optimal wellness.
Are remote services as effective as in-person?
Energy remains consistent regardless of distance, and the concept of “connection” transcends physical proximity. Even though physical proximity is absent, the energy you emit traverses distance and reaches its destination. Energy is not bound by physical distance and can be transmitted and received across any distance.
The advantages of remote sessions encompass the comfort of being in a familiar environment and the ability to connect without the constraints of travel or distance. Clients are encouraged to find a serene, undisturbed space to relax during the designated remote session (pets should not be in the same room).
Remote or distance healing operates on a similar principle to the energy conveyed when expressing love or offering prayers to someone.
What is the Energy Field?
The human energy field consists of seven interconnected levels that permeate each other and the physical body. Each successive level operates at a higher vibrational frequency and extends farther from the body than the previous one, collectively forming the aura.
Your body emerges from your energy field, so imbalances or distortions in this field can eventually lead to physical health issues. Correcting these imbalances can positively affect your body. By adjusting the energy field, you can often prevent potential illnesses from manifesting. Therefore, regularly clearing, charging, and balancing the field is essential for maintaining good health.
How do I prepare for an Energy Healing / Chakra Balancing session?
Here are a few optional suggestions you can take to prepare for a session.
- Hydrate: Staying hydrated helps facilitate energy flow.
- Comfortable clothing: Wearing loose, comfortable clothing allows for ease of movement and relaxation.
- Clean environment: Ensure your home space is clean, quiet, free from pets and kids, and other distractions.
Mental and Emotional Preparation
- Set an intention: Setting a clear intention for your session can guide the healing process.
- Relax and clear your mind: take some time to practice deep breathing exercises to relax your mind.
- Open mindset: Be open to the experience, regardless of what you might expect. Let go of any skepticism or doubt.
Practical Considerations:
- Schedule appropriately: Ensure you have enough time before and after the session to transition in and out without rushing. This helps maintain the relaxed state necessary to integrate the energy.
- Wi-Fi: If possible, ensure your computer is connected via an Ethernet cable and/or has a strong wireless Wi-Fi signal to avoid video interruptions.
