I grew up in Mazatlán, Mexico. I am fluent in both Spanish and English and hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance. I am a Certified LifeForce Energy Healing® Master Graduate and Vedic Meditation Teacher.

I have always felt a deep connection to something greater than myself. Following the birth of my youngest son, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening. This pivotal moment made me realize I had been living to please others in order to feel loved and accepted, rather than being true to myself. As a seeker of light, I attended local workshops, and my healing journey truly began when I encountered Deborah King and felt guided to learn Meditation and LifeForce Energy Healing® under her tutelage.

With experience working in government roles while raising a family as a divorced mom, I understand the challenges of achieving work-life balance. I have discovered how integrating spiritual practices can enhance daily life. Meditation has been crucial to my self-work, rebirth, intuition, increased awareness, and connection to the Divine.

I find joy in nature, particularly the ocean. My life’s mission is to help others, be of service, and inspire spiritual growth. I aim to empower individuals on their journeys and contribute to raising the consciousness of the world.
